Our gourmet, artisan chocolates are individually hand made and therefore each one can be slightly different. We sometimes change moulds and toppings as well so it is possible that your item will look slightly different from the photo online. Sometimes more or less toppings are used or one topping is no longer available. Occasionally ​​our products may bloom. This is where you might see the chocolate has little white specs. If this happens, it is still safe to eat and just as yummy. Your orders are made only once the order has been processed so that it is as fresh as possible.

Your order will be made as soon as possible. Payment is taken as soon as you have placed your order. The flat rate shipping cost is $15.95 to most of Australia. Chocolates are shipped express post through the Australia Post. It usually takes between 1-3 business days from dispatch depending on how far your address is from metro Melbourne. Additional charges apply to regional areas. We are unable to guarantee an exact day or time.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer exchange or refunds on any item unless you have the wrong item. We do not accept returns for change of mind or once the product has been opened or used. It must be in the same condition as purchased. Notify us first if there is a problem along with a photograph of the issue. We cannot be held responsible for any item once it has left our store.
